The most common vehicles are:

• The Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) in Europe which provides our clients and their investors with a versatile, tax and cost tax efficient investment fund structure to raise funds for investments around the globe in all types of asset classes.
• The Registered Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF) is a lighter version of the AIF and it can be set up within a few weeks. In this respect it enables our clients with a quick going to market. A RAIF must be supervised by an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM).
